Welcome to Tix & Trips Egypt Tours. By booking any tour or service through our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
  • Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or USD as displayed.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to fuel surcharges or government levies.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.

3. Tour Inclusions

Each tour listing clearly states what is included (transport, guide, entrance fees, meals). Items not listed are excluded.

4. Our Responsibilities

Tix & Trips Egypt Tours acts as a tour operator. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or changes caused by weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must carry valid ID or passport. Any medical conditions should be disclosed before booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone posing a risk to themselves or the group.

6. Photography & Privacy

Photos taken on tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the tour.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
